Frequent, concise communications. The communications are always relevant and useful to me as a contributor to the organization.

The positive, uplifting approach to our business. Also, the inclusion and diversity importance creates and maintains the best people!

I only come into the office on Wednesdays of each week; however, I really like to talk w. others face-to-face.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Coverage for medical insurance which if not provided would require me to get it independently. This would be significantly more expensive.

The work I do (and the work of the entire Contracts Team) is important to the success of the company. Being part of the Contracts Team makes me happy as I feel I have an important contribution to the success of the Company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy which allows me to manage my own time and in doing so, I have the ability to maintain a healthy work/life balance. I work many, many hours each week; however, I have alot of paid time off. Also, with autonomy, I can better balance my work and my personal life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
September 2022 will be ,my 8-year anniversary w. the company and I've been told by my manager that I handle and complete 30% than my co-workers; however, my salary increase over the past 7 years amounts to only $7K. That number is low compared to similarly situated positions with other companies.
