people are supportive and willing to help solving issues at work

I am comfortable with my colleagues to ask very basic questions without fearing judgement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in general our perks are region based and APAC gets the least amount of everything
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there are a lot of work to be done and not enough resources, work stress sometimes goes through the roof

well I don't think anyone is excited to go to work in general :) I like to sleep more but I can't because I work with different timezones
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are smart, creative and friendly. All questions are welcomed and no one look down on you if you ask a simple question. Everyone seems to care about well being of others making the whole team more welcoming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This question has a different answer based on what "The leadership team" means. Managers I work with on daily bases are great, they are knowledgeable and personable and care about each individual. I don't interact with higher level, and not sure how they are to comment about it
