Good overall - I have been supported to grow and offered new opportunities which I value greatly. However we risk losing our talent because our rewards are poor. We work in silos too much and we try too many new things without pausing. The pace is very fast and I think some people risk burnout

The people - supportive and helpful. The opportunity to create change if you spot an opportunity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have done the rewards training but I still dont believe that our benchmarks and salaries are competitive for the markets. I struggle to hire competent staff as a result, and financially speaking, I feel undervalued for the work that I do. The other 'additional benefits' are not competitive either
