The people on my immediate team are sharp, professional and pleasant to work with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to assert and enforce roles and boundaries of adjacent teams. Excess internal politicking degrades the company culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to know what they're doing. Honestly, there are so many layers between me and the leadership team that I don't feel I can have an opinion about their work.
