My team are amazing but the overall feel of the company is negative as we now no longer feel valued and have been given almost impossible targets. We can't even see our team as they live in different states and the company won't approve travel for team meet ups.

My team and interacting with clients. I enjoy helping them each day and having an impact.

Our team is amazing, extremely supportive, talented, intelligent and motivated people that make coming to work a joy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base pay is acceptable for my role. Our growth goal has doubled this year making me extremely discouraged about achieving goal and earning any significant money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Before this year we would go out for lunches, happy hours etc that made for a very positive working environment. However, this has been cut due to the pausing of expenses. I enjoy the care hours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is amazing and keeps me motivated. During the last few years there has been a shift in priority of the executive leadership and they seem to care less about the employees and more about the numbers. I understand that is their job but they are losing great employees and causing upset.
