They're looking to achieve company objectives and directing staff to do the same
We all have great ideas. Timezones make things challenging but we do our best
Embracing and allowing flexible remote working. Even pre-pandemic, the number of remote employees blew me away. Certainly a modern thinking company
We can chat openly and work together quite well. It is difficult being spread across the globe with little to no chance of actually seeing each other.
The difference we can make, not just the difference we do make everyday, but the difference we could make in the future with things we haven't built yet.
There doesn't seem to be a clear promotional path or succession plan within our group. The benefits in countries outside of the US and UK are terrible or nearly non-existent, especially compared to other companies with far more attractive employee benefit programs.
