Genuinely value people. Provide a clear path to grow.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should reduce the bureaucracy and favoritism and instead value and appreciate employees based on their results.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is lower compare to other companies on the market. With reduction in 401k match over the past two years it was more like a pay cut. Frequent overtime and weekend work is not being compensated.
