Overall very good, there are just not many opportunities depending on what area you are at
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Different payment sizes for different regions + a lot of stuff being done globally instead of locally
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I see no social diferenciation and no disrespect with one another, wich for me is very important
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone accepted me very kindly and we are now working to enhance our day to day activities and make things even more confortable
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically is small, but I really enjoyed my working peers and directors, they are friendly and helpfull, always sugesting new implementations
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am still an Intern, working my way on the company. I want to be recognized and have the opportunity to make this place a better place everyday
