im working here 10+ years, and am still insecure about my role as an individual contributor, given current tech climate and other shakeups. i dont know why I feel so under pressure but I do and I am burned out from a lot of tasks. Picking up and starting again is hard. I think im tired. :(

when we successfully complete things that people need done.

we get a good buzz and energy feedback when working together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are new, and finding their feet, and they are not afraid to challenge the status quo. I am glad for them, but hope we can move past finding feet soon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i have found friends at work that I can speak to, which helps working from home. I also enjoy freedom to manage my son while working from home, from time to time. we are also encouraged to train and improve at every opportunity.
