What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The POC here really look out for each other and champion each other

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not fairly compensated, feedback not taken into consideration, POC held to higher/unreasonable standards. Negative reinforcement is not helpful.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need sensitivity at D&I training. There are a lot of micro aggressions that go unchecked, leaving POC feeling ostracised and unfairly targeted

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To have my pay match the rising cost of inflation. EG have been instructed to come into the office more days but despite staff saying they cannot afford to, nothing has been done to ease the cost/burden of coming in.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They don't take the needs of the staff into consideration. They have not adapted to the changing environment. There are double standards in what is considered acceptable work and feedback is not delivered in a constructive manner. Feedback is not taken into consideration and diversity is a buzzword.
