What are some of the best things about your team?

There are some very nice people (not necessarily productive though).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Hmmh, tough question - locally there is a good culture, elsewhere seems battle worn and under appreciated.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

You can't under pay staff year after year without losing motivation - for individuals that are achieving "2" or above in PDPs there should be some sort of mandatory rise within the benchmark. It's simple stuff that's done in many large organisations. Benefits also need a review -very average at best

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've not have a pay review in nearly 7 years despite scoring a "2" in every PDP during those years. I'm at the very bottom of the benchmark for my role. The market has moved on and so might I shortly. A 3% rise in a Company making 8% profit is an insult.
