Personal fulfillment, team camaraderie, and improving our processes (which makes our work lives easier).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the general positivity and culture of trust I've witnessed in my short time here. It really feels like a team, rather than a group of people that happen to work together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their engagement. I see several C-suite in our mid-level status updates and discussions. I'm sometimes surprised as one may pipe up at the end of a meeting and I'd not previously known they were in attendance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Watching their growth overall and their ability to respond to changing circumstances. When I joined, the team underwent an Agile transformation and since then I've seen a lot more success among the team along with an increase in their morale.
