Working from home and it's a real privilege.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Straight forth direction of our goals and are always there to assist.

From top to bottom, everyone care about each other and it shows.

Straight forth with their objectives and really care about you as a person.

The ability to make really good VC and the COE trips are amazing.

We always have each other's back and we would put them 1st over yourself. Great co-workers

It's easy to understand, like the above 100% payouts and it's very clear how to attain goals like COE.

We are have each others back and we care about each other both via work and outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home is fantastic and very motivating. I feel the most productive I have been all my years at Lexis.

Honest, straight forth and really care about you as a person. They are invested in me and so am I. Awesome Leadership Team!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
VC has opportunities to make a lot of $ but I would always like a little more. I appreciate Merit raise a lot.

We CARE and everyone has a common goal. It's nice to work for a company who you know foster a great culture, all the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home!! I love the ability to zone in on projects for long time frames without any interruptions. I'm so much more productive and happy. I also love working as a team when new opportunities arrive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home is one of the biggest positives to my work environment but I really like that LexisNexis as a whole has great values about inclusiveness, diversity and fairness. It's why I have stayed at LexisNexis for almost 17 years now. I really like Cares too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone drops everything to help each other. It amazes me how fast my coworkers get back to me when I need help. We all seem to do it and I make sure I do it too. One of the best Teams I have worked with in 30 years of business.
