There are opportunities for the company to create such a better experiences. I came to LN as part of an acquisition, and it was such a downgrade. With the current state of the economy, increases in pay, better medical plans, and providing unlimited PTO is just the start.

Having office space. Allowing for collaboration if face to face interaction needed.

Being able to interact with most of my team in person, vs only seeing them via Teams
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to do more to show appreciation. Also, pay and benefits (medical, PTO, etc.) need to be addressed and increased.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because it feels like leadership doesn't address our concerns. I'd feel better if there was increase in pay and health and PTO benefit options we better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our medical/dental benefits are outrageously expensive. Having limited PTO is outdated and causes roadblocks at the end of the year when so many people are forced to take time off, because if they don't, they "lose it". Many competitors have such better offerings especially in these areas, and pay.
