Salary is not comparable across the organization for the same roles and is under market value.

They communicate openly with each other, sharing thoughts and opinions in supportive environment. This engagement has created a team that works to ensure everyone's goals are achieved, not just individual and a commitment to success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation is not in line with external companies or even within LN - employees within LN (Operations vs Product as an example) are not paid the same - it is well known that positions in Operations are paid less than an equal position in INS product
