Most of the team is very collegial and invested in each other.

Paid time for volunteering and to participate in activities that have more personal meaning and value.

Regardless of how broken we are as a company or interworking teams, it seems like we are all working toward helping others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Select members of the team are very invested in their teams and others across the organization. Others have tunnel vision or seem to have their heads buried.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The team structures are misaligned; communication is a challenge; processes are non-existent; certain leaders are more concerned with public perception and image than collaboration and team work; teams are not properly incentivized; teams are not fairly recognized or rewarded; no clear career path
