Company has become too bureaucratic. Company needs to encourage employees to experience work in other parts of the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company does not value my talents nor are opportunities created or enhanced to exploit them. Stock options are a common benefit which could provide an incentive for employees to look beyond their own areas.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need to reinforce direct reports look at whole picture instead of just respective areas. Company remains too territorial. This is especially true regarding employees - where they are often seen as being owned by particular departments and not viewed as what they can contribute to entire org
