After several years of flailing leadership, Cirium appears to have decided on a direction and is making progress in that direction. We still have a problem with dramatically understaffing key roles, making us vulnerable to single sources of failure all across the org.

Solving a problem, which then makes things easier for my coworkers and customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated, hard-working, and intelligent. They collaborate well, even when they have deep disagreements on the "right way forward."
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company has dedicated itself to several D&I and related efforts, and is by all accounts actually putting in the work to get there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The members of the leadership team I deal with most often are knowledgeable and approachable, and have their eyes on making Cirium a better company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits - specifically, medical benefits - are sub-par at best compared to similar sized companies. Raises consistently fail to keep up with inflation. Moreover, despite multiple promises to the contrary, transparency in pay structure does not exist.
