the can do attitude of majority of colleagues despite process sometimes holding them back

there is a good culture amongst the majority, very smart and knowledgable colleagues. Helpful where can be etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not about feeling undervalued, although we are a strategy function, we are directly involved in sales, the face of the organisation at events, join key meetings to reassure prospects of our expertise etc, yet we have a modest % bonus and do not benefit from direct sales performance or COE
