I'm proud to work at LNRS and I really enjoy the career advancement and the people I work with. My leadership team is invested in my growth. The work is very stressful at times and affects my health consistently. I've been working on managing stress better and have supportive managers.

Getting positive feedback from my manager and my direct reports. I also like removing any blockers from my direct reports and making their work life more enjoyable.

The best part is that I receive a salary adjustment every time new responsibility is assigned to me. I want to note that while I believe I am paid within the market ranges, the company tends to pay less than the market average.
