It's been amazing. LexisNexis is easily the best company that I've ever worked for. I've been in the workforce for almost 35 years. I've worked in child care, law enforcement, retail, and government and the best managers I've had have all been at LexisNexis.

It's been a joy. I've been with the company since 2013 and I can honestly say the best managers that I've had were all at LexisNexis.

Very personable, engaged, and outgoing.

I enjoy the problem solving aspect of my role.

Friendly, helpful. outgoing, engaging. They really are good people.

I believe the team to be honest, transparent, engaging, and staunch supporters of an inclusive workplace.
What makes you most happy at work?
Several things....I enjoy what I do, I love the people I work with, and my customers are some of the best around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company stresses the importance of inclusivity. As a Black woman that is lesbian, i appreciate the efforts to level the playing field for individuals from marginalized groups.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership group is friendly, personable, energetic, outgoing, helpful...I really could on. They are a great bunch to work for and with and they take a sincere interest in my job and my team's.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are professionals that work hard everyday. They are team players that are always willing to help each other. Even though they are knowledgeable on the products they support, they are also very comfortable asking for help when they are unsure of the correct process or procedure.
