Historic seen a lot over the 25 years good, bad and ugly. Not sure why I am still here but make the most and have been provided lots of opportunities. Made some good friends along the way. At all times it seems to be chaotic and never a time to just sit and take stock. The one constant is change!

All trying to be progressive and move the world to a better place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are very approachable; transparent and always looking for new ways and ideas on how to improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a team and will be there to back others in the team. They care about each other. There are times when you can just have a laugh and that is important.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I belong to a Job Family that does not cover my day2day role which in turn then limits my salary. To be fair unsure what Job Family would be used as I cross over so many different job roles. I understand how the benchmarking works but would like to understand more how my diverse role fits.
