What makes you most happy at work?
I am allowed to do my job. Other groups filter and hinder certain roles from doing their job as intended. The feeling of accomplishing your job is the feeling you want all of the employees having at the end of each day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to go through the process of digging deeper into understanding what the roles actually do, and understanding what makes each role tick. By allowing each role to engage and function how they are supposed to, will bring greater enjoyment and fulfillment in the work being done.
