It used to be good and happy team but since the policies changed and the micromanagements are implemented, it need to take times to get used to it and learn how to adopt the new management style. Team works in the region is still good and the teammates are helpful.

Micromanagements. Since this is the decisions from management, it cannot be easily be improved.

Good team work in the regions and will discuss freely for the difficulty. Teammates are able to share and work together for the customers in the area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not only taking care about the customers but also need to put lots of efforts for internal admin tasks. May not fully utilized the resources about the business and customers
