Frustrating that Leadership decides to hire externally for some positions. How can LN employees advance in their career if there are not opportunities for promotion? Annual raises are disappointing since the average is less than 3%. HR has been outsourced and appears LN doesn't care

Working remotely, I would find another position if I have to report back to an office

I don't have much exposure to Leadership Team other than Townhalls and e-mails so hard to comment

Everyone is dedicated to doing quality work Helpful, everyone invests in each other Healthy culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not a secret LN's compensation is lower than market and has been for years. Talented people are leaving LN since they can make at least 20% more going to another company. This comes up every year in Employee Opinion Survey yet no major change
