Skip meetings, listening to the needs of the sellers/customers on the frontlines, improve operational inefficiencies, help individual contributors feel valued/heard, not funnel everything through managers and let them hear the message directly from leadership sometimes.
My peers are all great people and true teammates. Our manager has created a toxic environment where nobody is happy or fulfilled in what they're doing so it is helpful to have each other to lean on.
My boss. The inability to ever feel like I'm doing enough, even when hitting/exceeding all KPOs. Poor oversight by leadership and not making teams who are not happy feel heard or valued regardless of the efforts made.
Flexibility at times. Volunteer hours. Opportunities to participate in D&I events and personal development webinars. There used to be more of a sense of teams being considered family and work/life balance, but it doesn't exist on my current team.
VC plans are designed to make it difficult for reps to exceed targets back-to-back years, term & commitment bonus was eliminated, base salaries should be flexible and not require everyone to fit in certain buckets, or be able to promote someone to a senior title to recognize their contributions
