people genuinely want to make a difference and positive impact on the organization and industry
immediate manager is the least collaborative people leader ever encountered. The performance of this individual is generally manipulative and untrustworthy. The entire team generally avoids interacting with our immediate manager as much as possible
encouraging transparency and collaboration across the business as well as bringing that knowledge back to their teams. Leadership likes to talk to each other but only shares information downward in pockets and in some cases not at all.
