Improve accountability in following through on commitments made to individuals. Leaders should also deepen their understanding of responsibilities and contributions of ICs which would support consistent and equitable standards across all employees.
My salary is well below average for industry standards. Company doesn't seem to prioritize investment in good talent by placing individuals in the bottom of pay ranges. Promotional raises are underwhelming and don't incentivize extra effort.
The flexibility that is promoted by the organization as a whole. I can reliably lean on the company culture when in need of flexibility for work/life balance even when team level culture can sometimes conflict with organization culture.
Most of my coworkers are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and pleasant to work with. There are some however that would benefit from improving the relevant skillsets and show minimal drive to do so. This often results in missed deadlines or extra work on my plate.
