Our division positivity is low at the moment due to not hitting targets and redundancies.

Treat each other with respect, open to different points fo view, family like feel. Supportive of each other.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better work life balance, more honestly about plans on how to improve the business, better career planning that is meaningful to support growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The level of my compensation compared with the market average for my region does not compare as well as my duties and expectations are more than what I was employed for.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Demonstrate the ownership of the strategy through decisions and information sharing sessions that show they are progressing on the goals as set out in the strategy. Be more open and honest with staff. Remunerate fairly and according to industry standards
