Overall it's been pretty good; I enjoy my job but don't enjoy some of the roadblocks that have come up.

When I have the opportunity to learn new things relative to my job.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Employee centric and gives us lots of opportunities to be engaged in our communities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to see the implementation of mental health days that don't count toward our PTO.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Many opportunities to be engaged in our communities through volunteering and ERG's. Diversity and inclusion is getting better.

What makes you most happy at work?

My actual job duties; I love consulting. I enjoy communicating with potential customers and showing them our products and services.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am doing both my job and a that of a manager with no recognition for doing so. A raise would make this fair.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I deeply appreciate that LNRS has ensured that DEI continues to be important. As a minority disabled female, I am directly impacted by DEI policies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It has been documented that our pay is much less than that of our peers. I would love to see LNRS move to an unlimited PTO policy; I would be a lot kinder to myself if I knew I could take time off as needed without having to be concerned about whether or not I have PTO available.
