
It is a large company and there are lots of job openings. Now with more people working remotely there are a lot more opportunities to change positions.

We can get along and discuss ideas. There is not anyone on the team that we avoid.

I do not feel I can be promoted on any level under our director. If you look at the titles on our team versus other directors, our team is lacking in any kind of promotion yet we are required to do the work of higher positions.
There is a lack of promotions under my director. We are asked to do jobs that are outside of our job title without the pay or title. We never undergo a salary re-evaluation. I do twice the work of my co-workers with the same title and pay. New hires are brought in making almost as much as me.
