It's a bureaucratic corporation with large amounts of money where innovation may exist at the executive level where it buys innovative companies and incorporates them into it, but for existing siloes, there is little to no room for personal growth.

The mid level and lower management are responsive and good to work with. Upper management and C suite are distant, and we don't interact. The company is a big corporationand feels like other big corporations.

They are good people. We hire well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the best is probably the 401k matching.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no growth opportunity, everything is siloed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mid level and lower management and co workers are inclusive and pleasant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's on the middling to lower end, before we could work remotely, but it's not too bad. Nothing special.
