It is a good company with aggressive goals, vision and cares about society, environment. I think that there is a lack in the HR area. It is always communicated how important it is to attract and maintain talent. In practise this doesn't happen. HR don't do enough to assist in areas of keeping talent
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The work with my team is exciting, innovative and positively challenging. There is a very good collaboration. However, I strongly feel that the company doesn't recognise talent and doesn't do enough to keep talented employees. I feel that HR doesn't show a clear process and strategy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for the company for many years. My salary has never been assessed and checked whether it reflect the market salary for the years of experience. I requested salary adjustments for my team members in the past, when their salary didn't reflect the market value. It hasn't been done for me.
