My overall experience with the company has been FANTASTIC! I find myself challenged each day. As an ERG lead, I am able to create events to help my fellow colleagues to educate and create better understanding of LGTQIA+ issues. I am able to share my ideas of which some of them were implemented.

What makes you most happy at work?
I feel challenged everyday and it is exciting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary does not reflect the work that I do. I do enjoy all the work, including overseeing 13 agents. A slight pay increase would be greatly appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to the employees need and creating an environment where employees can bring their authentic self to work. They emphasize on ERG for the past two years which creates an understanding and collaborative work place and environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Thru the ERGs events, we are able to come together and understand each other better. The company also has open door policy which is helpful and allow us to share ideas that we have. There are ample of online classes which allow us to take to educate and increase our knowledge.
