I love the Ideals Goals and impact of the Malouf Foundation, our Bcorp status, and company values, the lunches are not bad either. The company has grown quickly and there are lots and lots of growing pains.

When I get to use my talents to have a great effect on the company as a whole.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is based on my title, but that's not what I do every day. So the company takes advantage of my skills, but doesn't compensate me fairly for that work. I also provide lots of insight and ideas that others seem to get credit for, and compensated for.

All my success is overlooked because I am capable and fill needs as I see them, and I try to master all task I am given, because of this behavior my manager has been trying to drive myself and 75% of my department out of Malouf.
