Meltwater: Lots of highs and lows but the reason I've stayed is because of the vision and culture of the company. We are ambitious and we get to work with incredible people everyday. Structural changes are needed to achieve company goals and have people stay long term. We also need female ED's and/or AD's.
Merit Medical Systems: Unrewarding drudge work with little hope of improvement.
American Advisors Group: it's been very challenging, but overall good enough to be positive
American Advisors Group: Overall, I have positive remarks. I can truly say the company is finally evolving in the areas that it has been behind in for many years. No company is perfect. An area of improvement is leaders not being accountable & not being held accountable. Get feedback from line level employees.

RingCentral: my work environment is chaotic, with no discernible plan to begin reaching our SLAs. I am very concerned that the optics of my team success is negative despite my individual successes. Leadership is not interested in hearing about opportunities to improve and what we should consider changing.
RingCentral: They are accessible to reps
Emser Tile: The company can do a better job in getting to know their employees instead of those with titles. I've seen and been at companies that send birthday cards or even gift cards to their employee for their birthdays. This company is only interested in higher ups. Enforcing mask wearing is a joke
RingCentral: Pros: Great team, product, and leadership team. work life balanced trusted work environment. Cons: offshore team report structure and unclear ownership responsibility.

RingCentral: ringcentral is a great company that has experienced exponential growth in 2020. We're trying to catchup and I know leadership is doing their best to bring in new talent to help with balancing workload for all employees.
RingCentral: really impressed by RC since day one. Benevolence is a key asset of the company. A lot to build for the future but people are motivated to make it happen
Emser Tile: Overall positive but top to bottom communication with Emser has always been a problem. Price, freight, product changes are done often with last minute communication to reps.

Meltwater: I feel they are all approachable, knowledgable and trustworthy.
RingCentral: Innovation , New scope of learning each day, Work life balance
RingCentral: I have had a good experience so far. I do feel burned out at times, it is hard to know if that is from the pandemic, or just extremely tight deadlines. I have a great team, but wish there was an "onboarding buddy" program or a way to opt-in to a mentor program.
RingCentral: Without having a physical presence, communication has been challenging and keeping track of individual tasks is problematic, especially for complex projects and large teams. Blurred line between Personal & Professional Life, and Communication & Coordination Challenges.

RingCentral: Very good experience overall since I’ve start
RingCentral: Onboarding RSUs, Company HSA contribution
RingCentral: I have only been here three months however the experience has been great. I continue to grow everyday and they provide me with the tools that I need to succeed.
Meltwater: Since day one I felt like my management team & colleagues had my back and supported me each step of the way. This is one of the main reasons I choose to work at Meltwater day in & day out. It's fun yet a challenging environment which means you can be yourself & still learn without any judgement.
Samtec: It is a great place to work overall. The pay for every day operators could be better, but the benefits are great so it balances out.

Meltwater: Motivated, talented, engaged, caring, compassionate, honest and hardworking
RingCentral: Challenging, fast paced, high expectations, fun people, smart and dedicated co-workers
RingCentral: They look fun but I don't really know them
RingCentral: Overall RC is the best company I've worked for. The Bootcamp new hire training is hands down - OUT OF THIS WORLD and it made such a HUGE positive impact on my impression of RC overall. I was like, "WOW, RC has their stuff together!"
RingCentral: Fast paced, and challenging but doable with a positive work culture and ability to be flexible when needed but you have to make that happen
RingCentral: All are open to help each other when needed.
RingCentral: Pleased i moved to RingCentral. Good culture and team spirit in EMEA. There is still a lot to achieve and work on which is showing our growth and makes the work challenging in a good way.
RingCentral: currently we can not work the way we want due to some heavy issues in our GTM with the triple A´s. Some critical fundamentals for buidling a reseller channel in DE are missing. very complex channel approac
Lifeway Christian Resources: There are many things I love about Lifeway, but the chaos and inconsistency at the top level hurts my enjoyment of my job.
RingCentral: Very positive from onbaording to leadership its been a great exsperience so far.
RingCentral: Positive from day one. Never have I transitioned into a company and been able to make an impact, help my team and feel part of the team, as quickly as I have at RingCentral.
RingCentral: Amazing, after 1 year I can say it's even better than working at Google. RingCentral all the way!
RingCentral: Industry leading and innovative cloud service company that tries to satisfy the csutomer needs.
RingCentral: A fast paced , driven and innovative company and team - as we grow and evolve some of that speed needs to also transform into planning, consistency and longer term strategy and ability to scale - slow down to speed up sometimes works
RingCentral: Skills and team work they bring to the table
RingCentral: so far so good, super excited to be on board, a lot of knowledge and experience in RC do love that as you can learn a lot
RingCentral: Great environment, everyone is looking to achieve success here. Company is very inclusive and does not exclude anyone.
RingCentral: I've been enjoying it so far, I feel very supported and company culture in the UK is great
RingCentral: So far a great company to work for, apprehensive to start back in the office as it will be a huge change for me personally.
RingCentral: everything is very good .
RingCentral: Great experience so far :)
Meltwater: A great experience. From start up to large global company that's now public. Supportive environment to try something, learn from mistakes and then go again. I'm very lucky to have been given the opportunity and I've tried to repay that by trying to add growth and value to the company
Meltwater: Happy where I am, but should get more "caring" feedback from above and also more resources to reach the goals we are set to make.
Meltwater: Challenging all day on a positive note!
Chegg: I was very happy to be at chegg
Meltwater: Rewarding, and have learnt a lot, especially early stages. Perhaps we have become a bit too bureaucratic and political. Are we "resting on old laurels" or really invested in making the hard/complex decisions to push on? Still proud of the way we have navigated the pandemic.
Meltwater: allows for fast track careers and continuous learning
Meltwater: I enjoy working at Meltwater and I appreciate my colleagues but I do feel at a certain point there are limited opportunities to grow. Certain management choices are also made on sales performance and perhaps not the best fit which can have a long lasting negative impact.
Meltwater: open environment with lots of opportunity and fun people to work with (of course with exceptions)
Chegg: coordination , friendly atmosphere and hard work.
Meltwater: Ive had an incredible journey at Meltwater, travelling the world and experiencing a wide range of diverse challenges and developing with all of them.
Chegg: I feel great for being a part of this company. I look for a long term existence in this company as i feel safe here, work culture is very good. Only, one thing will force me to leave if hikes are not satisfactory and also promotions are not given.
Meltwater: The right amount of work, fun, challenges and celebrations. I feel like I've learned a lot from my time at Meltwater and I'm grateful for the experiences I've had with the company, the friendships I've made and the skills I've honed.

Chegg: This is the best company to work on and improve the knowledge.

Hasbro: Camaraderie and work ethic in the workplace and outside.
ZoomInfo: ZoomInfo can be a really great place to work. It provides unique challenges and an exciting fast-paced environment. The challenge is that we sometimes get caught up in seemingly unimportant work or treating all issues/work as top priority which creates undue stress and frustration.
