This is the 1st company that I have worked in as a paralegal where the employee & management diversity reflects the current world which is SO inspiring. To be able to see others who looks like me at all different levels of the company in a wide variety of roles is an experience that I have never had

I feel that my compensation reflects the level of experience I have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team has a propensity of asking why which leads to not only independent substantive growth but our pooled team knowledge increases.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DIVERSITY! This is the first company that I have been a part of that actually reflects its commitment to diversity instead of just a politically correct corporate motto to advertise.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being made to feel like I am a valued member of the team via feedback, feel like I contributed to the team and is making a difference, and being productive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team seem to share my perpetual curiosity to continue to learn and its this shared goal for professional growth that allows everyone to be helpful and inspires me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and the unlimited PTO. I love being able to recharge by taking one day off a month without worrying about it encroaching on any planned vacations later in the year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very passionate about investing in their employees' growth - regardless if the employees stays or not. This is one of those things that I always hear about but have never experienced myself and its WONDERFUL! I absolutely feel that my mgmt team has my best interest in mind.
