Conservice: It was Fantastic at first but things started going downhill when increases in wages were promised but never given, then HR started ignoring legitimate complaints, then the company started canceling extra programs. Sitecore: At this point in time (mind we are in the midst of a pandemic) I have been very let down by some of the company (c level) choices and the way those are being communicated. I feel there is a lot of politics going on behind the curtains. Company values are just a prettymirage if you really look at it

Meltwater: at times it's love and hate. From a high-level, I love the software and believe in the future of the company but in the day to day it can feel like upper management has no idea how hard the job is and doesn't do enough to make sure that burnout isn't rampant.

An example while working from home is a 30 minute time set aside per weak where people just talk about how their week has been unrelated to work which reenergizes everyone to work again.

When COVID-19 started last year, I thought we were going to be out of work but we found a way to push forward and work from home. I'll never leave Textron.
