HubSpot is great, you feel like you are learning a lot all the time and that I love but the burden of PIP and the fast pace, play against a sustainable development and growth and sometimes people crack under the pressure and compromise family or their values.

Everyone is eager to help it truly feels like a team

Inclusion and belonging, having different groups the bad thing is not having the time to engage with them

Making an impact on organizations and knowing that I am growing as a professional being mentored by the best in the industry
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that commissions aren't as they should be based on the market I get the MRR focus but paying reps only based on one month revenue when contracts are signed most of times for minimum of a year is not that great
