ringcentral is a great company that has experienced exponential growth in 2020. We're trying to catchup and I know leadership is doing their best to bring in new talent to help with balancing workload for all employees.

Interacting with my coworkers and customers.

I like how transparent the goals of the organization is shared to everyone in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
to be able to hear their thoughts and ideas about how to improve in our roles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that we have glip groups that support social movements like BLM and Women in tech. These are great for not only those folks but allies to them as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being that we are working from home and don't have the office perks like lunch/snacks etc, there should be more benefits to support employees to build out their home office. This is a component of compensation and would make ringcentral the company that promotes work from anywhere.
