I have had a good experience so far. I do feel burned out at times, it is hard to know if that is from the pandemic, or just extremely tight deadlines. I have a great team, but wish there was an "onboarding buddy" program or a way to opt-in to a mentor program.

great projects and there is never a lack of boundary pushing initiatives to work on

No drama, true collaboration and everyone is working towards a common goal. I can reach out to anyone in the company and get a nice and quick response.
