My experience at my company is truly wonderful. I am thankful every day to be part of this amazing team! I get to develop solutions that benefit medical operations and logistics and that instills greater drive in me. My work has purpose and supports the champions on the front lines.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the interview process was conversational. All relevant information came out naturally. In addition, it permit me the ability to see immediately how well I would work with my supervisors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that our team is dynamic and adaptable and looks out for each other. We have a high level of accountability and also a lot of transparency. Every meeting is respectful and everyone does their part.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do. I love the way my job challenges me to think differently about problems and solutions. I love that I'm encouraged even when something doesn't work as expected. I want to exceed my best yesterday, every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team truly embodies the virtues and values of team espoused by Patrick Lencioni. Not only does this make them and us better from an Agile point-of-view but better overall as a Team. Our leadership is approachable, thoughtful, respectful, nurturing. In every way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Right now I am a contractor so I have no benefits, nor PTO nor stock options. I would love to have the full faith of my team leadership to be offered a full-time position and become an asset that symplr is fully invested in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the top executives down we are trusted as team members to fulfill our roles and expedite all that we commit to. Second, our team leaders do everything in their power to support and facilitate our work. We honor and respect each other's input and questions are always encouraged. Great atmosphere
