I love my job! I've met and worked with a lot of amazing people. I love that even though we work from home, I've made a lot of friends here. I love that my managers have cared about me and my success. It's motivating and so are so many of my friends here. We also have a lot of resources to learn.

I love diversity. I feel safe here. There are a lot of successful people here, it's very motivating.

I love challenging myself. This last year has been rough for me. Things at work have changed, butI love that my job makes me want to be better, even best.

They seem to care about their employees. I love the interaction, and opportunity for growth. There are a lot of resources for learning, and questions are answered pretty quickly when needed. It's very motivating to work here. I enjoy coming to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were told that because we broke records on production in 2022, the company had to cut our pay for certain commissions. Now leads aren't the same as they were last year. I used to do 20-34 sets per day last summer. At least raise our commissions to help compensate for the loss.
