A great variety of insurance plans including options for great vision insurance as well.

We're very close and teamwork oriented, we get to bounce ideas off of each other to help stride towards mutual goals of efficiency and improvement.

Being on a team that I love. I'm also finally in a role where I not only get to utilize all of my skills but also continue to improve them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was extremely disappointed to see the reduced number of courses and certificates available through PowerU. Additionally capping our annual raises at anything below 5% doesn't encourage tenured teammates to stay. More frequent salary/pay increases to align with inflation and local cost of living.
