I feel my experience doesn't matter at this point. With only 300 characters to express my experience, it's sad! Communication is bad, and the way processes are developed is bad b/c they're forever changing. Every week, it's something different, and it's overwhelming & draining.

Allowing us to be remote to some degree/in certain areas, being remote is so much easier for several reasons.

My coworkers. Knowing we all feel the same way, it's great to have people who are going through it, too, and can relate to the pain points at this company.

To be the Team Lead of Digital and to help my supervisor Victoria Espino who is absolutely amazing and helps the team with me in every way she can. The 12 agents we have are self-motivated, super detailed, hard-working, and self-reliant are fantastic and make my job easier! Everyone works so hard!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The day-to-day responsibilities have changed so dramatically that the workload can become very overwhelming knowing we are not paid for the multiple jobs we do. We have had 3 VPs in 2 years and with the amount of change, our pay should have increased. Other companies pay more for doing the same job.
