Sunrun has been a blessing, I have family who works here, and we are recruiting other family and friends. This is so unbelievable I am afraid I will wake up from this dream. Sunrun has given me my happiness back, empowering me to be better, and to achieve goals.

The communication, they work hard to make sure we are aware of things that are going on or that we need to assist with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are highly encouraged, we are made to feel like we are ROCK STARS. We are valued and supported, our higher-ups make us feel strong.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For a couple of years were set afloat and felt like we were on an island. In the last few months, we feel very valued and heard.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to help the most escalated of customers, to resolve difficult challenges with roof leaks, and home damages, which the partners caused. To have a happy customer once everything is resolved to their satisfaction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have dreamed of going back to school for 30 years, and Sunrun has helped me fulfill this dream. My pay is wonderful. From the bottom of my heart with big croc tears thank you. I used to work in a job field prior to Sunrun. Now I have a Career, I am proud of.
