The leadership team is incredible for pouring so much into developing people on top of doing the most production consistently.

Everyone on the team is friendly and helps each other like family. We all push each other to do our best work.

I love that I have the opportunity to work on cool home projects that makes a huge impact on homeowners and the world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting paid based on production and getting stock equity bonuses are the best part about my compensation. Winning trips and getting League swag packages is really cool as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team leads by example in production on top of manager responsibilities. I also appreciate how much time and effort the managers invest into helping reps grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making customers happy by helping them save money with solar and giving people more grid independence with the backup batteries. Not only do I get to help people on an individual level but it feels good knowing that I am also making an impact on the world environmentally by reducing emissions.
