Analyze the data, stop jumping to conclusions, stop reorging, and be more human-centered. Pilot things before doing them, and stop using gut feelings in decisions. Be more transparent, and have the team take bias and discrimination prevention training.
A lot of people who get into the spotlight get all the credit and promotions instead of the people who did the hard work. IT seems we are focusing more on interviews for promotions rather than results. And we end up blaming other people instead of looking at ourselves internally.
