I love this company and I have made a lot of friends here. But in the past year, we have been more focused on building without the proper infrastructure and without data analysis, which has caused several issues. It seems there is a lack of duty ownership which has caused some friction.

I enjoy helping my coworkers and making sure our customers get the best care possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont like the direction or the rush decisions the company is making, we are blaming other people instead of owning our job and collaborating with other teams internal and external to fix the issues
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Analyze the data, stop jumping to conclusions, stop reorging, and be more human-centered. Pilot things before doing them, and stop using gut feelings in decisions. Be more transparent, and have the team take bias and discrimination prevention training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of people who get into the spotlight get all the credit and promotions instead of the people who did the hard work. IT seems we are focusing more on interviews for promotions rather than results. And we end up blaming other people instead of looking at ourselves internally.
