Despite being a large company there is still compassion for both its employees and its customers which I have found to be very rare. That alone drives me to do my best every day.

Interaction with management. They aren't afraid to engage in playful banter and an occasional prank. It's a great way to start a day

My manager and most of his peers not only excel at their duties but care about their employees. Tools needed, understanding of daily requirements, and work/life balance are all equally important to them. Truth is I enjoy coming to work because of them and I enjoy what I do,
