I started out working in collections and I felt like it became very micro managed. The training between recovery and collections can use an overhaul and be much better. There needs to be better communication and processes between departments. I hope to get more experience with other teams.

I have had some incredible management while working in collections and recovery. Shout out to Sally and Elissa! My new sup Kent just came on but has great ideas
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The spiff system on our team makes no sense and the way it is tracked is absurd. I think it would be much better to do away with spiff and increase hourly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely self motivated we all mesh well together. Our team is here to work and probably one of the best teams I have worked with. We are able to run our own department and get it done!
